How We Make French Macarons
Creating authentic French macarons is both an art and a science. At Le Petit Sucre, Chef Sharon Shay and her team follow a perfected process to ensure every bite is delicate, flavorful, and unforgettable.

We start with the finest gluten-free almonds, sugars, and chocolates, sourced from around the globe. No preservatives — only pure quality.
2. Mixing
The macaronage technique is crucial. Our chefs carefully fold the batter until it reaches the perfect smooth and glossy texture.
3. Baking
Each macaron shell is piped and baked at the exact temperature to create that iconic crispy outside and chewy inside.
